Before your first session.

No. Every protocol starts with an initial assessment: baseline strength, mobility, history. From there we build your progression. The method adapts to whoever shows up.
Measurable changes in 4 to 6 weeks with 3 sessions per week. We don't promise quick transformation. We record real progress, session by session.
It's not an extra, it's part of the cycle. You can start with Training alone, but the method assumes that training without recovery is noise. We always recommend integrating both.
Yes. Recovery includes clinical rehabilitation led by physiotherapists. The initial assessment defines the path: treatment, prevention and progressive return to Training.
Monthly fee or session packs. No long-term commitments. Details presented during the first studio visit, after the initial assessment.
